Our 45-min Mat Pilates class is a low-impact, total body workout blending both classical and contemporary techniques.  In this class, you will build strength, improve posture, and support a stronger mind-body connection. Accessible to all fitness levels, this class will combine strength and flexibility to improve postural alignment, reduce pain, and increase core strength. Props will be utilized occasionally to add resistance.
