Our 45 min Total Body Strength is where strength meets sweat and grit! This class will utilize handheld weights, resistance bands and body weight exercies to build muscular and cardiovascular strength. These classes include circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, and finish with core training and stretching for a sweaty, total body experience. Music is matched with the energy and intensity of the class and is often played at loud volumes, which may be uncomfortable for some. Ear plugs are available at the Spa Desk upon request.
