Our 45-min Barre Strength class is a total-body workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. No dance experience is needed for this dynamic session of barre-based exercises. Muscular endurance is the goal in this low impact, beat driven, workout. Music is matched with the energy and intensity of the class and is often played at loud volumes, which may be uncomfortable for some. Ear plugs are available in the studio upon request.
