Fitness + Thermal

Join us for either a group fitness class led by a CASCADA instructor OR a 60-min session in our Strength + Cardio rooms. This is then followed by a 3 hour relaxing visit to our Thermal Springs.

This experience must be booked consecutively on the same day.

Cascada's thermal springs feature silent and social spaces.

  • The Sanctuary: Portland's only underground thermal springs — a silent space with mineral-rich pools, cold plunge, sauna, steam and ice.
  • The Conservatory: An 82-degree tropical retreat with warm pools, rare plants, and social lounging.
  • The Secret Garden: An outdoor haven with hot pools, sauna, rainfall walk, and fire circle.

CASCADA’s vitality pools blend natural minerals with pure water to recreate the healing essence of hot springs.
