Join us for a group fitness class led by one of our expert instructors followed by a 3 hour relaxing visit to our Thermal Springs. This experience must be booked consecutively on the same day.

Cascada's Thermal Springs feature silent and social spaces.

- The Conservatory is our 82-degree year round social space featuring day beds, a larger warm vitality pool and a selection of rare plants from around the world.

- The Sanctuary is our underground silent (no talking) space with 3 distinct thermal circuits including 3 vitality pools (mineral, ambient, hot), a cold plunge, a sauna, an ice fountain and a steam room.

Cascada’s vitality pools represent a fusion of human ingenuity and the earth's natural gifts – we’ve created spaces that reflect the charm and healing of natural hot springs using purified water & natural minerals.
