Our 60-min Warm Yang + Yin class will evenly balance active (Yang) and passive (Yin) elements for a well-rounded practice. The first half of class will be an invigorating and dynamic flow aim  to build strength, stamina and flexibility. The second half of class will be focused on slower, deeper stretches where poses are passively held for longer. You can expect to engage both physical strength and relaxation. This class aims to balance the two opposing energies in the body and bring harmony to mind and soul.
