What is Contrast Therapy:
Contrast therapy is the intentional use of alternating heat and cold exposure—typically moving between a sauna and cold plunge. This practice helps regulate the nervous system, reduce inflammation, improve mood and circulation, and unlock emotional resilience. When combined with conscious breath and movement, contrast therapy becomes not just healing—but awakening.
What to Expect:
We’ll move through two rounds of contrast using breath, cold, heat, movement, and sound:
- Cold Plunge – Reset your nervous system and open the space between stimulus and response.
- Restorative Heat – Sauna bursts that ignite deep cellular recovery.
- Breathwork – Use the breath as a circuit breaker to anchor into presence.
- Movement – Light somatic movement to circulate energy and integrate the shifts.
