About your Facilitator: Jordan Hamilton, PhD, is a former professional athlete turned well-being consultant and positive psychologist. His work weaves together performance science, somatic practice, and the transformative power of play to help individuals reconnect with joy, resilience, and purpose.
With a doctorate in Positive Psychology and years of experience guiding athletes, teams, and organizations, Jordan supports people in developing greater self-awareness, emotional capacity, and inner resources. His approach is evidence based and experiential, with a goal to rediscover what becomes possible when we listen to the body and reconnect with our innate creativity.
