Join CASCADA Group Fitness Instructor, Emily, for a supportive 3-week workshop series designed for prenatal and postpartum bodies. Whether you’re currently pregnant, recently given birth, or somewhere in between, you'll meet three consecutive Mondays for a gentle but intentional mix of movement, breath, education, and community.

About your Practitioner:

Emily Gokita is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 16 years of experience specializing in cardio, strength, and run coaching. With additional pre/postnatal continuing education through ACE and Oh Baby! Fitness®, she's passionate about helping prenatal and postpartum clients feel strong through that special phase of life. As a 7x marathoner (3x between 8-21 months postpartum), she has a deep knowledge on what it takes to stay strong through pregnancy and recover, rehab, build strength, and get back to top performance postpartum.
