Class Description:
Gyms can feel overwhelming — this workshop is here to change that. In this 90-minute intro to strength training, we’ll break down the fundamentals in a supportive, low-pressure environment. You’ll learn what strength training is, why it’s important, and how to structure workouts so you actually see results. We’ll walk through the gym together, demonstrate how to use key equipment (including machines, cables, and benches), and touch briefly on nutrition basics. You’ll also receive a beginner-friendly workout plan to help you continue training with confidence.
