Our 60-minute Mindful Movement & Meditation class is a gentle and restorative experience designed to help the body unwind and the nervous system settle after the day. Done in a warm studio, this class blends slow, supported movement with moments of stillness, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing to encourage deep relaxation and ease. You are invited to move with intention, rest when needed, and soften into a quieter internal state, creating space to transition calmly into the evening feeling grounded, nourished, and restored.
