About the Facilitator

Dr. Elizabeth Wade is a licensed naturopathic doctor specializing in reproductive and gut health. She has spent over 15 years in holistic medicine and considers Fertility Awareness and cycle literacy to be among the most transformative practices of her personal and professional life.

Dr. Wade maintains a private practice in Portland, Oregon, where she supports individuals navigating menstrual cycle imbalances, fertility challenges, and the preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum seasons. She is deeply passionate about closing the gap in basic body education and helping people who menstruate reconnect with their cycles as a source of wisdom, power, and healing.
