Ready to lift, sweat, and flow safely and intentionally? CASCADA Sculpt blends strength, cardio, and mindful movement into one powerful experience, but to move well, you need the right foundation.
This Sculpt Foundations workshop is designed to refine your practice from the ground up. Through slow, intentional movement, we’ll break down alignment, explore weighted transitions, and build a deeper understanding of how to move with both strength and control.
You’ll leave feeling confident, supported, and equipped to elevate your practice, reducing risk of injury while maximizing every movement.
In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Select the correct weights to challenge your body
- Master proper form for weights squats, lunges, presses, and rows
- Distinguish between muscle fatigue and joint pain
- Protect your most vulnerable areas including your knees, wrists, and lower back.
