Each session focuses on a specific strength-training topic, such as the squat, bench press, or hinge, with guided instruction on proper form, movement mechanics, and training principles. This session will focus on the Squat.

Through hands-on practice and personalized feedback, you'll develop the skills needed to train safely and effectively on your own. Participants will leave with a two-day workout plan based on the month's focus, available in both print and TeamBuildr formats. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, Lift Club offers a supportive environment to learn, grow, and connect with fellow members.
