Workshop Description:

If you've been told your only option is birth control, this workshop is for you.

PCOS (officially renamed PMOS since May 2026) and endometriosis affect millions of women, yet conventional medicine often treats both the same way: suppress the symptom with birth control & skip the root cause.

The result? Women are left feeling confused, dismissed, or like their body is working against them...and then when they're ready to have a baby, they're in trouble because these are the two of the top causes of female related infertility.

In this 90-minute workshop, we'll reframe what's actually happening in your body — and what's within your power to change. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of the root drivers behind irregular or painful periods and fertility struggles, along with real, grounded first steps to start supporting your hormonal health — no overwhelm, no extremes, just a path forward.

Dr. Wade's mission is to help women reconnect with their body's own rhythm and reclaim a sense of agency over their health.

You'll walk away with:

  • - A clear, root-cause understanding of what drives PCOS and endometriosis

  • - Why conventional treatment often stops short — and what's missing

  • - Practical, doable first steps to begin your healing journey

  • - A renewed sense of hope and ownership over your hormonal health
